Questions regarding the installation Blackd

After performing the installation of version 31.3 in the 'First Run - Config' screen there is the option to choose the client 10:36
Could anyone help me?

Did you get any previous warning to that screen?
I think it is a problem with your config.ini . Somehow it didn't update correctly.
Just uninstall, delete folder and then do a fresh install again.
