Tibia 10.38 - Fixed bug in Blackd Proxy 31.8

I just noticed an initial bug caused by the new "premium features" window and I already fixed it in Blackd Proxy 31.7.
I hope it will be stable now

It is now 100% fixed in Blackd Proxy 31.8
All the bugs were caused by the new premium features packet. Now it should be correctly parsed.
