Install Blackd Proxy new version in another folder (anywhere you dont forget), then search and open Blackd Proxy on this new folder.
You propably running shortcut that direct you to outdated blackd






Also...

Updates are just new files in Blackd Bot folder (configXXXX) and config.ini

XXXX = Tibia Version
