yes and no.

first of all, melee attack delay is 2000ms (2 seconds) for default. In this case it will NOT attack "faster"

YES, it will work on baiak/fast attack otserver, beucase the melee attack delay is lower than 2 seconds.

For default, attack target on Blackd NG is 100ms (0,1 second) like "auto 100 attack target", This mean bot will mouse "right click" monster every 100ms
