Hotkeys problem

Hi guys,

when my health goes below a certain lvl and i try to shot an
sd with aimbot via "exiva > useitemonname:AA BB" it says
"Your shot have been blocked forsafety (low hp)"
somebody maybe knows how to change it so you can shot sds all the time?

untick [ ] avoid using attack runes bla bla bla when low hp
