Blackdtools NG Runtime Error 91

Everytime blackdtools Ng begins to run to stops at 80% and gives me runtime error 91: object variable or with variable block not set. I have installed the program as an administrator, I have run the program as an administrator, and I have scoured the forums for possible solutions to no avail. If anyone has any ideas that can possibly help me they would be greatly appreciated. Currently running on windows 7 for OT servers.

Please. It was working totally well and, then, all of a sudden, it does not run, giving me the same "run-time error 91"

I resolved this problem by deleting the line frmLoading.NotifyLoadProgress dblAmLoaded, "Loading modules: hotkeys" in source, it is the exactly line i get error in 80%
