Do you use their custom client?
Did you set this otserver IP on proxy?

did you try use with ip changer? i had the same problem on shadowcores and the way to make it work as using ipchanger

with ipchanger tibia client working but bot no ;(

> use ip changer
try to log in

maybe u need uncheck 2 checkboxes on proxy advanced setting (change all tibia clients/ change character list packets)

ps: also try otserver ip, not numeric

Exactly same problem here. I can login without any problems, but bot cannot identify any characters.
