Hotkeys Not repeating

So I've looked around a lot and googled a bunch and I'm Sure I still missed a post about it but For some reason the the Hotekys I create with BlackD proxy are not Repeating... the Hotkey is "F1 F1 exiva4Poof" and when i enable Hotkeys and check Repeat delay 100 (default i assume) and Hit F1 it Does the rune once and thats it. any tips? I tried to look at the Hotkey Tutorial but there aren't any pictures for some reason :( Thanks In advanced! :D

I can't quite remember it, but I believe this delay is for when you HOLD the key, so if you hold it, it will try to send the command each 0.1s (if 100ms).

I understand that this is unlikely to somehow be involved in this issue, but whether this be due to incorrectly configured proxy (https://advanced.name/ru) server?
