tibia.dat missing/unreadable

hi, i got problem with Blackd Proxy for tibia 11.
when i start blackD proxy, sometimes PROBLEM WITH CONFIG1099
tibia.dat missing/unreadable pops up

I GOT WINDOWS 10

if i run tibia first, then blackDproxy, i see this pop up:

once i press OK, bot starts good but i cant use any cheats

I'm getting the same error

Try opening Tibia as administrator, I believe that solved the problem for me. Otherwise it was opening blackd in administrator.

i know where you try this , was the same problem , need to make some changes in files ;-)
